    Ehsan Jannati is a wildlife photographer, conservationist, environmentalist, birdwatcher, travel blogger. He is a professional nature photographer with more than 15 years of experience. He has received several awards from Iran nature photography festival, worked as a zoologist for various mammal conservation and research programmes in Iran. He is the director of 30 short films and videos.

    Arsinée Khanjian is an Armenian-Lebanese-Canadian actress and producer. In addition to her independent work and stage roles, she is regularly cast by her husband, Canadian filmmaker Atom Egoyan, in his films. Khanjian was a jury member for the Cinéfoundation and Short Films sections at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival. Khanjian is a civil rights activist and was briefly detained in Armenia in 2016 while protesting human rights abuses.

She is passionate about social and environmental justice and has a lifelong dedication to supporting these movements. After volunteering and working with the ICCA Consortium for more than 10 years, she now serves as the Global Coordinator, having taken up the baton from Grazia in January 2020․ She volunteers with the Borneo Eco Film Festival and has co-authored and edited publications on issues related to territories of life, human rights, environmental law, nature conservation and participatory processes.

    Growing up in the remote mountains of Sierra Gorda, Mexico, Roberto Pedraza Ruiz developed a serious case of biophilia. A term coined by biologist Edward O. Wilson, biophilia -- meaning "love of life" -- describes the human need to connect with nature. Pedraza Ruiz -- now a conservationist and photographer -- moved from the bustling central Mexican city of Queretaro to Sierra Gorda, in 1984, when he was nine years old.
