The film tells about a bird type, which is called a crane. The cranes are dark coloured, very small in size and seem to be funny. Their small groups meet each other in the sky and become a big bevy. When the bevy vanishes out of view, the only things that remind of them are their empty nests, which seem to be repaired next year.
